Discover First Baptist

Discover First Baptist is a connecting class that informs and invites you into the life of FBC.  Join us for this 3-hour session to learn more about the vision and mission of this church family.  We will discuss things such as Pastor Chad and Christy’s story, what it means to be a part of this church family, what it means to be a Baptist, why church membership is important, and how you can be a part of serving at FBC.  This class will be offered frequently throughout the year.  Come and be part of our next class! Sign up here today!  Childcare is available upon request.

Church Directory Portraits

Be a part of our latest church directory!

Our final portrait sessions are available Friday, October 12th and Saturday, October 13th.  If you have not yet participated, please plan to do so!  Register on Sundays before or after services, or register online during the week at Select the Scheduling option on the right middle side.  Our church code is mi1003 and the passcode is photos.

Contact if you are not able to make these dates.

Receive a free 8x10 and church directory when you have your portrait taken.

Service Opportunities

FBC Tech Team

FBC Tech Team

Are you technology-minded?  Do you have an ear for how things should sound?  What about an eye for how things should look on the "big screen?"  Do you like the idea of helping out on a Sunday morning, but would like to be more of a "behind the scenes" instead of "on the stage" person?  If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, the Tech Ministry may be for you!

FBC is building a team of techs consisting of adults and teens 15 or older who are dependable, teachable, and quick problem solvers.  Experience with sound equipment would be nice, but not required.  A basic understanding of computers is suggested.  Once our team has been adequately trained and staffed, the goal is for most members to serve one service/month.

If you would like to be a part of the FBC Tech Team, please complete this survey.

If you have any specific questions about what we do or how you may fit into our ministry, please email
